About this policy
Hindu Calendar: Daily Panchang is provided by Craftixel Apps. This policy explains how the app handles information. Contact: craftixelapps@gmail.com.
Information on your device
The app stores your language, selected city and coordinates, calendar preferences, reminders, fasting records, family dates, and entered birth details locally on your device. Birth details may include names, dates, times and places of birth. We do not operate an app account or a server that receives these records. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.
Kundli photos and PDFs
You can choose a photo or PDF to extract birth details using on-device text recognition. The app does not upload that document to our servers. Extracted details can be saved locally. Only provide another person’s details or documents with their permission.
Permissions
Location is optional and used to find your city for calendar calculations; you can choose a city manually. Apple’s geocoding service processes location or place-search queries. Notifications are optional local reminders. Calendar access is requested when exporting events. Photos and files are accessed when you select a Kundli document. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
External services and purchases
Moon images load from NASA’s website, which receives connection information such as your IP address when an image is requested. Apple processes App Store payments and purchase information; we do not receive your payment-card details. External services handle information under their own policies. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to respond.
Tracking and sharing
The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics tracking, and we do not sell your personal information. If you export a calendar event or share a report, the destination app or recipient receives the information you choose to share.
Retention and your choices
Local records remain until removed or the app’s data is deleted. Use Settings → Delete all birth details to remove saved birth details, and delete family dates in the Family dates screen. Removing the app’s local data does not remove previously exported events, shared reports, source documents or backups; manage those separately. Contact us about information sent to support or to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
Security, children and changes
We rely on device and operating-system protections, but no storage or transmission method is guaranteed secure. The app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect children’s information on our servers. A parent or guardian should manage any child’s birth details. We may revise this policy; the updated date identifies the current version.
